Design Story

Located in one of Sancaktepe’s rising areas, the Boutique Project was designed and successfully brought to life as an exclusive living space consisting of only 30 special apartments and a 450 m² commercial area.

Standing out with its modern architecture, functional planning, and low-rise structure, the project draws attention as one of the exemplary residential developments in the region with its simple yet impressive design.
