Residential Project – Sancaktepe

This project, developed by our company, is an investment project delivered on a turnkey basis. Comprising a total of 8 apartments and 2 duplex residences, the building was designed to provide functional and high-quality living spaces that meet modern lifestyle needs.

All stages of the project, including land development, architectural design, project management, and implementation, were fully carried out by our firm. A holistic approach was adopted, addressing aesthetics, functionality, and construction quality in a balanced manner. Designed in line with efficient space utilization and a contemporary architectural approach, the project stands out with solutions that prioritize user comfort.
