Mixed-Use Residential Project

This project, developed in Istanbul, is an investment project delivered on a turnkey basis by our company. The development includes 12 apartments, 3 duplex residences, and 1 commercial unit.

All processes, including land development, architectural design, project management, and implementation, were fully handled by our firm. A holistic approach was adopted, combining aesthetics, functionality, and investment value. Designed with a mix of residential and commercial functions, the project aims to create efficient and modern living environments that respond to user needs.
