Natural textures on the exterior harmonize with the environment, while modern lines lend the project a contemporary identity. Massive interior volumes—up to 688 m² gross and 428 m² net—dissolve boundaries by merging with private garden areas of up to 350 m². Each villa features a private pool, five spacious bathrooms, smart home infrastructure, and two-car outdoor parking with electric vehicle charging stations, elevating comfort to the highest level.

In designing the architecture of the future, we put technology at the service of nature. Aesthetic black solar panels on the roofs allow each villa to generate its own electricity. This clean energy meets the home's needs and charges electric vehicles. An integrated "Weather Station" analyzes external climate conditions to balance indoor temperatures with maximum efficiency and minimum energy consumption.
The Water Cycle
Water is the most precious treasure at 777 Ömerli. All wastewater is treated and recycled using specialized systems. This reclaimed water is used to irrigate landscaping featuring drought-tolerant grass selected according to LEED criteria.
A "True Green" Experience Brought Indoors
We didn’t limit the landscape to the outdoors; we placed nature at the heart of the interior. Each villa’s garden features at least four fruit trees, and we designed specific landscape areas in the kitchens for "four-season lemon trees." We even utilized the spaces under the stairs as succulent growing areas, ensuring the rhythm of green and life is felt in every corner of the home.
