The design and implementation of the Bahceli Yasam Prestij 777 Omerli project, which started in 2023 and was completed in 2025, were carried out entirely by our company. Reflecting a sustainable lifestyle approach with its modern architecture, unique details, and distinction of being the world’s first LEED certificate candidate on a site basis, the project offers an exclusive living space in Omerli. Consisting of a total of 13 villas, Bahceli Yasam Prestij 777 provides a privileged living experience with its harmony with nature and aesthetic approach.
