70-Year-Old Villa Structural Reinforcement and Interior Design
This 70-year-old villa project was reimagined to meet contemporary living standards while preserving the building’s original character.
As part of the project, the interior layout was reconfigured, and material selections, lighting design, and custom applications were developed through a holistic design approach. In addition, the necessary column reinforcement works were carried out to support the building’s long-term structural performance. By establishing a balanced relationship between the villa’s historic character and modern living expectations, aesthetics, functionality, and structural safety were successfully integrated.
Completed between April 2025 and December 2025, the project reflects our approach of combining technical expertise with contemporary design principles to unlock the full potential of existing structures.
