Many fields of expertise such as landscaping, lighting, acoustics, fire safety, earthquake engineering, facade design, and LEED have now advanced beyond the point where a single person can possess all this knowledge and incorporate it into their projects; these disciplines have become highly specialized in their own right. At this point, the project receives support from many competent experts according to its specific needs.
